Tartan Silk has worked with one of the UK’s leading exhibition organisers, Jonathan Poole, since 2003 handling the public relations surrounding an exhibition of rare Marilyn Monroe photographs in Edinburgh. Following our success in securing various print coverage and features on STV Scotland Today, GMTV as well as on BBC Radio Scotland and Radio Forth, Jonathan appointed us to handle the public relations campaign for a UK tour of an exhibition of artwork by the legend John Lennon. Extensive coverage was achieved for each destination on the tour, including Edinburgh, Hampshire, Cheshire and London, with feature appearing in The Scotsman, Cheshire Life, The Observer and The Sunday Times as well as coverage on BBC Television and Channel Four’s Richard & Judy. As a result of our consistency and commitment, Tartan Silk was appointed as the PR company for Rolling Stone, Ronnie Wood’s artwork UK, Irish and European tours. |
