Tartan Silk was appointed by Kremlin Zoria to develop and deliver a European-wide public relations brief, which will highlight a new international military festival in Moscow’s Red Square in 2007.
The new cultural event played host to some of the finest international military bands including one of the world’s largest displays of massed pipes and drums.
Working on Kremlin Zoria saw Tartan Silk further strengthen relationships with key National and European media in the consumer sector, with the aim of building the profile of the event as well as promoting international links with Russia.
