Tartan Silk has been nominated by International tourism consultants, the Stevens View Partnership, to produce a communications plan to support their audit, vision and strategy for Moray's Tourism future.  The plan relies heavily on our knowledge of the local media and local key personalities as well as linking in to national media outlets.
