HA+CH: St Andrews' New Brunch Destination

This Friday 26th May, St Andrews new brunch spot HA+CH, will open for the first time showcasing a menu of comforting dishes, coffee and breakfast cocktails.

HA+CH is the brainchild of Julie Wijkstrom, owner of award-winning St Andrews restaurant and cocktail bar, The Adamson. "HA+CH represents our passion for bringing people together. We have put our hearts and souls into every aspect of HA+CH, and we can't wait to share it with our guests" said Julie.

The warm, friendly atmosphere and contemporary design are enhanced by natural light streaming through large windows. However, what truly elevates HA+CH is the unwavering commitment to exceptional service. The highly trained staff strive to create the perfect hangout for the local community and visitors alike.

Head Chef, Rory MacCrimmon, will ensure the kitchen at HA+CH is a hub of creativity and innovation. The brunch menu showcases a tantalising array of dishes that are thoughtfully crafted using only the freshest, locally sourced ingredients.

The Menu includes Baked Eggs with Ras El Hanout, Eggs Benedict with Haggis aptly named ‘The Scottish Fling’. After 12pm there are salad and toasted sandwich options available including the intriguing ‘Garden Party’ which is beetroot, lime hummus, chickpeas, feta, pickled shallots, sumac and basil.

HA+CH the perfect place to catch up with friends or simply indulge in a leisurely brunch in St Andrews. In the evenings HA+CH will transform into an intimate private dining space for special events and celebrations.

HA+CH will be open on 26th May between 9.00am and 4pm. Guests will have the opportunity to sample the exciting new menu and enjoy a free coffee with live music.
